Excellent Reference

I first bought this book while studying biochemistry at UCSB. It is now tattered and stained from overuse. I feel like it's my bible and I use it all the time. It is my starting point for any technique.
I feel that it has just the right balance of depth and breadth. It is much more technically dense than most manuals I have come across, while still being clear, concise and readable. I strongly recommend this book for anyone in the fields of biochemistry or molecular biology. It is a great book for serious biochemists, but I think it would also be a really great resource for biologists or others who use these techniques, but may not have had as much coursework explaining the foundational theory behind the techniques.
