About the Author
Paul Connerton is a Research Associate in the Department of Social Anthropology at the University of Cambridge. He is also an Honorary Fellow in the Institute of Germanic and Romance Studies, University of London.

He brings up some good points here and there

In this book, Paul Connerton tries to lay out why he feels modern society is "forgetting" more than it used to. He brings up some good points here and there, but for the most part he's not saying much I haven't heard before and comes across as quite the luddite at times.
Worth reading, but don't expect anything mind-blowing.
